In November we have a great Cafe lined up for you: "Solving Environmental Problems Without Creating New Ones: An Atmospheric Scientist's Perspective" with UC Professor Kristie A. Boering, Departments of Chemistry and of Earth and Planetary Science.
The Science Cafe is a great thing to do, you can come relax, have a beer, get great food and most importantly talk science! It is a unique forum for discussing important issues informally and comfortably with experts on hand. All are welcome, hope to see you there.
The Science Cafe is held each month on the first Wednesday (except in December, when we'll be on the second Wednesday). The Cafe is held at Cafe Valparaiso at the La Pena Cultural Center in Berkeley from 7pm-9pm.
